Switzerland - officially the Swiss Confederation. Switzerland has four national languages including French, German, Italian and Romansch. And consists of 26 cantons. Each canton has its own constitution, and its own parliament, government and courts. 
There are 208 mountain peaks above 3000 metres in Switzerland, including 24 above 4000 metres. The highest of them is Monte Rosa (Dufourspitze) at 4634m, at the boundary of the Valais and the Piedmont (Italy). Switzerland has more than 1,500 lakes and there are palm trees in Switzerland!

The Berlin U-Bahn is a rapid transit railway in Berlin, the capital city of Germany, and is a major part of the public transport system of the city. Opened in 1902, the U-Bahn serves 173 stations spread across ten lines, with a total track length of 146.3 kilometres, about 80% of which is underground. Trains run every two to five minutes during peak hours, every five minutes for the rest of the day and every ten minutes in the evening. They travel 20.9 million km, carrying 496 million passengers, over the year.

While the official capital of Estonia is Tallinn, the country is unique because it has more than one recognized capital. In fact, it has several capitals that change throughout the year. Tartu is established as the “cultural capital of Estonia”, while Parnu is known as the “summer capital”. 
 Estonia is named after the “Ests” who inhabited the region in the first Century AD. The flag of Estonia has three colours - blue, black, white. Blue is the colour of the sky, black is the colour of the earth and white is the colour of pureness and hope.

The Rhine (German: Rhein; French: Rhin; Dutch: Rijn) is a European river that runs from the Swiss canton of Grisons in the southeastern Swiss Alps through Germany and eventually flows into the North Sea coast in the Netherlands and is the twelfth longest river in Europe, at about 1,233 km.
The Rhine and the Danube (
Donau) formed most of the northern inland frontier of the Roman Empire and, since those days, the Rhine has been a vital and navigable waterway carrying trade and goods deep inland. It has also served as a defensive feature and has been the basis for regional and international borders. The many castles and prehistoric fortifications along the Rhine testify to its importance as a waterway.

Marigot is the main town and capital on the French side of the Caribbean island of Saint Martin. Originally a fishing village on a swamp for which it was named, Marigot was made capital during the reign of King Louis XVI, who built Fort St. Louis on a hill near Marigot Bay. Today, that building is the most important in Marigot.
Philipsburg is the main town and capital on the Netherland side of the Caribbean island of Sint Maarten. The island was first sighted by Christopher Columbus on 11 November 1493, but there was already an Arawak settlement there before his discovery. Philipsburg was founded in 1763 by John Philips, a Scottish captain in the Dutch navy; the settlement soon became a bustling centre of international trade.
